Webfront Stores is an eCommerce company that dominates the online container, organization, and storage industry. Within their company portfolio, they have three online stores.
These stores include:
Webfront Stores operates on a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model that is online only. They strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Webfront Stores needed a cost-effective way to improve sales and update the user experience on each of their online stores.
Before Webfront Stores partnered with DigitlHaus, each of their stores were on a custom-built platform. This platform lacked many of the modern eCommerce capabilities that are often native to popular eCommerce solutions. Without these features, it made it difficult for the company to compete in the modern market.
The limited shopping cart and navigation on the custom platform frustrated their customers. Webfront Stores would often receive complaints via email and over the phone. They knew it was time to make a change.
User experience for all three stores was very outdated. This low-quality UX hurt the sales for Webfront Stores. The company needed a fresh and updated experience to set them apart from others in their industry.
Fortunately, they reached out to DigitlHaus to help them develop and implement a high-performing, user-friendly online experience for their customers.
After evaluating various platforms, we chose to migrate all three of the shops to the BigCommerce Enterprise platform. This alleviated many of the problems that the company had experienced on its previous platform, instead providing a platform that could grow with them.
We migrated all of Webfront Stores’ products, categories, reviews, customer information, and order data from their custom platform to the appropriate BigCommerce stores by writing automated scripts that mapped field to field for each data point.
We designed and developed a custom universal BigCommerce theme. We duplicated this theme and integrated it into all three Webfront Store’s sites. By doing this, we substantially decreased the company's costs for design and development services.
We needed to ensure that the branding of each store was distinguishable, while content was personalized. To do this, our designers integrated and restyled the front end of each theme with the unique logos, colors, copy, and imagery from each brand.
For the design and build of the custom theme, we used BigCommerce’s page builder. This allowed the client to swap out specific content for promotional campaigns, sales, or seasons quickly and easily.
BigCommerce offers many advantages, including:
Features like these can increase the quality of a user’s shopping experience, while promoting conversion boosts.
With each of the new stores, we integrated Shopper Approved and Affirm Payments. Shopper Approved is an application that converts customer questions into valuable SEO, while Affirm allows customers to select payment plans that allow them to purchase high-dollar products.
Since they partnered with DigitlHaus, all three of Webfront Stores sites are now completely modernized. Each one offers a simplified shopping experience. The company is now leading the industry in each of the stores’ respective markets.
BigCommerce reduced the functionality problems that WebfrontStores was facing previously, while giving the company the opportunity to add tools and technology to their store easily.
Not only was DigitlHaus able to retain the value of the company’s SEO, but its SEO also improved after the transition. BigCommerce’s out-of-the-box SEO allows Webfront Stores to easily maintain and improve their rankings.
As a result of the partnership, Webfront Stores has experienced:
The DigitlHaus team was able to solve the problems that Webfront Stores was facing, getting them back on their feet so that they could continue to grow their online presence.
