The Brand
Window Well Supply is a B2B and D2C brand that sells custom window wells, covers and accessories.

What We Did
Window Well Supply was using the WordPress/WooCommerce platform. Although they sold some of their products online, they often took orders over the phone and email due to their inability to setup complex product options and quote requests within their current platform. This was not efficient for their business nor their customers as they could easily go to a competitor and purchase a similar product fully online.
We partnered with Window Well Supply and migrated them to the BigCommerce Enterprise platform. While doing so, we designed and developed a new shopping experience that consisted of custom product and category page templates that allowed them to setup and sell all of their products online. In addition, we custom developed a Netsuite integration for a request a quote functionality so that customers can request custom products with an easy to follow, step by step process.
