Each product they engineer is fully tested for safety and comfort before bringing it to market. Kurgo sells online and in stores all around the USA. Kurgo came to DigitlHaus for a complete brand make over and to migrate and redesign their online store.
Kurgo needed a brand makeover. Their user experience was very outdated and the visual appearances was not properly showcasing their product qualities and strength that would increase their sales and encourage customers to buy.
On the consumer end there were too many clicks to find the ideal product with too many steps to checkout. This was causing very high bounce rates.
Kurgo was also still on the BigCommerce Blueprint framework, in result, they were missing out on the newest out of the box features and new SEO capabilities.
We fully designed and developed a mobile first eCommerce experience for Kurgo. As mobile shopping is on an all time high, we wanted to ensure that Kurgo was setup for success for it’s millennial shoppers.
We custom designed and developed a unique product page template that showcased their products with videos, FAQs and illustrations. It was important to Kurgo that all their information was organized and easy to access so it was a pleasant experience for the customer.
Kurgo waned to ensure their brand identity was known site wide and not just on the home page. To accomplish this we custom designed and develop every element and page on the site so that the customer’s experience was seamless.
Kurgo now has a beautiful branded online store that is easy to shop, navigate and built to sell.
Kurgo has seen an increase in conversions and site speed within the first few weeks of deployment. Their mobile shopping conversions have nearly doubled.
