Nica Shooting was created in 1994 to fill a void in the shooting sports industry. The void was obvious. There was no single location to find a wide selection of accessories. Nica Shooting set out to create the number one destination for sporting clays, trap and skeet clothing and accessories. That was challenging enough, but to be truly differentiated they set a goal to be at the pinnacle of customer service. Nica Shooting was struggling with high bounce rates and low sales. Compared to their competition, they had a very outdated store. The mobile shopping experience was very poor causing the site to only work on some smart phones and not others. The flow to cart was extremely long as well as confusing when users had to choose product options.
We partnered with the Nica Shooting brand as their design and development agency. We updated their current CMS platform to a newer easier to manage admin. We completely re-branded the shopping experience to include less steps to checkout, created an easier way to shop products and a designed more intuitive way to choose product options. Today, we’re partnered with the brand as their support and development team.
