SioGreen infrared tankless water heaters are the first of it’s kind. Their product is highly innovative, compact and energy saving. They sell products to both contractors and direct to consumer. SioGreen came to DigitlHaus in need of a conversion strategy and site redesign.
SioGreen was on the WordPress platform, which was not working out to their advantage. They needed a platform that is easy to manage and that could scale.
SioGreen’s products were very unique, there was a lot of information on their product pages that overwhelmed the consumer. A high percentage of calls were questions on what type of water heaters customers would need for their home.
SioGreen’s brand appearance was lacking with the type of high-end product they were selling. They needed to visually represent quality to backup the product technology they sell.
With many platforms to consider we chose BigCommerce. We knew by choosing this platform, SioGreen could easily manage their products and categories, while having a solution that was scalable.
It was important for SioGreen to have a product finder that allowed the customer to insert information about their location site that would then list out their products that would fit. We built a custom product finder application that followed a if/then model that easily allowed a customer with little knowledge to be able to purchase the right heater for their home.
We custom designed and developed a full responsive store on BigCommerce. We focused our strategy on their product pages ensuring that the information was easy to understand and compare.
Shortly after deployment, SioGreen quickly saw an increase in sales.
SioGreen is now able to fully manage their store, add products and change content as needed, which is saving them time and money.
Their customers now have a product finder that identifies the right heater they would need to purchase based on their specification of their home.
