Sleek sells to businesses, interior designers, contractors and direct to consumers online only. Sleek came to DigitlHaus in need of a platform migration and a new UX strategy for their store.
As modern furniture brands carry a well branded, visual appearance, Sleek was falling behind compared to their competitors. They needed a brand revamp that position them well in their market.
Sleek’s current platform was difficult to scale as it had limitations to it’s offerings. They needed a platform built to scale.
We migrated, redesigned and developed Sleek onto the BigCommerce platform.
It was important to the client that they had a mobile first design that showcased the type of furniture they sold with their lifestyle and product photos. We strategically designed and developed a mobile first photography focused environment that was easy to navigate, with the fewest steps to checkout possible.
We custom designed a trade program signup page that was dedicated to reoccurring buyers. This program would allow VIP customers to sign up and receive product discounts, monthly newsletters and receive a dedicated resource from the Sleek team.
Sleek now has a branded online store that is visually and functionally inline with it’s competitors.
The customer’s buying journey is less complicated, easier to navigate with fewer steps to checkout.
Sleek can now utilize BigCommerce’s selling features and product management tools that their old platform did not offer, which is saving them time and money.
