Lowe's Pro (now Lowe's Pro Supply) provides one-stop shopping for MRO supplies in the multifamily housing and hospitality industries. They are a B2B and B2C brand that sells exclusively to Lowe's Pro Supply members.

What We Did
Even though Lowe's Pro Supply is part of the Lowe's family, they were falling short in delivering a modern, easy to buy from shopping experience for their current and future customers.
We partnered with Lowe's Pro and redefined their eCommerce strategy and positioning in the market. We redesigned a responsive shopping experience that was easy to shop from, intuitive and conversion focused.
